CryptoPNL’s platform was underperforming, directly affecting trader efficiency and satisfaction, which could potentially reduce platform loyalty and user retention. Slow system responses, complex data interfaces, and poor navigation were key issues that made the platform less competitive in the fast-paced crypto trading market.
Challenges
The main challenge was ensuring that any proposed changes were cost-effective. This meant prioritizing solutions that offered the maximum impact without incurring significant development expenses and aligning with business goals.
